Can someone please tell me if the Facebook feed is showing properly on my home page? On my computer it keeps reverting to my personal page and I have to click to bring back the shop page. The feed is top right on the page.

Also, while you are there, can you tell me what you think of the timing on the slide show in the main box at the top of the page? Too fast? Too slow? We did a little update and took down the staff photo and put up this collection of services slide show instead.

I went right to your FB business page.
The timing seems about right, but that "hover ..." Text was a bit annoying how it came and went.

FB business feed is showing. I ooops'd and clicked the FB developer's link at the bottom of the feed.

Slide show is a tad bit slow for me. Agree with Cliff's comment about the hover text. Without any slideshow image control, I had to wait for an image to cycle back around after I missed something in the image.

Is this a typo in the slide show?

Goes right to your shop FB page.

Question - how long do you have between posts before FB embarrasses you by putting "No new content" in the space? (Which is why I took down the feed on my website shortly after I installed it - back at the beginning of my Facebook shop page.)

Thanks everyone and thanks Rick. Obviously a typo which Mike will fix tomorrow. I am going to mention everyone's comments to him and see what he can do.
Thanks to all for your help.

Yes. The feed is exactly what motivates me to keep the FB page fresh. I uaually take something from our web site or I just share something interesting from elsewhere. We have had business from that feed as well. Customers think they saw something on our web site, and it turend out that it was somethign on the FB feed. I also like having it there because it is a quick and easy way to keep the home page fresh without having to amend the web page.

But how long can you go between posts before FB embarrasses you?

I hate to post too much because I figure if I get tired of a business posting all the time, other people will get sick of me (no matter how clever I think I am being...). I have had to hide a lot of people and businesses because of incessant posts.

I don't know the answer to that question, but my goal is once or twice a week. Those posts are forwarded to Twitter.
