I was curious to know if anyone had a recommendation for advice on fixing a problem with my EMN-12. Seems the lubricant is only coming out of the left side nozzle and not the right. Air is coming out but no lube. I'm nervous to start taking it apart before talking to someone first. I would appreciate any input.

Thanks,

Erik

Clog in the line? I use my lubricant very seldom. Check to see if the hose coming from the lubricant container is touching the bottom and sucking up any gunk.

I switched the container from a 5 gallon metal one to a one gallon plastic container. This helped me to have to change it more often and I also cut the hose a bit shorter so it doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the container.

You can remove the plastic lines and hold one end into a sink or garbage can and blow the blockage free. I'd run some hot water through the lines to get any remaining carp out of the lines too.

I've also taken apart the nozzle head to clean it out. It's very simple and easy to clean.

BE AWARE THERE IS A VERY TINY SPRING THAT WILL, IF ALLOWED, JUMP OUT OF THE PART, FALL ON THE FLOOR, AND YOU WILL NEVER EVER FIND IT. !!!

I happened to have a spare unit that I was able to steal the spring from.

The valve is a common petcock which can be purchased for a few dollars at most hardware/home improvement stores. Try switching it out and the problem should be solved.
