Just finished this little league jersey and trading pin collection. Around twice as many backs as there were pins to take on and off. All I can say is don't under estimate the time it takes to do that simple task. I charged an hour just for that, and I think I underestimated as I am sure it took longer than one minute per pin.

That's a whole lot of pins, John! You are so right about how it is easy to underestimate the time involved. How did you decide which pins would go where? I find that can take just as much time, if not more, than the actual mounting part.

Well done.

Customer had all of the pins on a towel. There was only one for the home team that mattered. So basicaly once I removed them I simply laid them out in a best fit arrangement, taking note of shape and color as I went.

Nice Job...looks well. How are the photos in front of the jersey held in position ?
Thanks
tom

Since this is not a collectible jersey, I just used a tagging gun to attach foam lifts through jersey and backboard and then the mounted photos were glued to the lifts. If it were a jersey with value you might not want to put anything over it as we all know things will fade at some point no matter what type of glass you use on it.
