More details also, such as:
-list of equipment (brand, model, asking price)
-size and details of store
-what else is on the property, etc.

Are you willing to sell off equipment separately? If so, will you package and ship, or only allow pick up in person.
Or are you only selling "all or nothing"?

You may find more peope looking to buy only certain pieces of framing equipment, rather than an entire established business.

It makes sense to post all the info in one place (this forum thread) rather than answering the same questions over and over through phone calls.

Providing as much info as possible at the outset will make it much easier for you.

If you look closely, I had given the answer, citing an established business store. The machines are including with the list of customers and 2 hours of traning after noon for a month the property on the side can be enlarged and ready for constitution or gives a possibility to build another building. All around this property is in full commercial and residential expansion.
