Philly Show - where are you staying?

Don't forget to check the suburbs. Areas in Montgomeryville and King of Prussia are fairly close to the Convention Center, and you can take SEPTA (mass transit) to the convention center from many of the suburban areas. Both areas have numerous hotels, and are about a half hour to 45 minute drive to the city, too.

i am staying at the Conwell Inn, it is a smaller place in Philly. I do not have the number, it was $129.00 (about) each night. If you go online you can find it in orbit.com. It saids it is filled but I got a room. If you try to call any of the hotels tell them you are going to a Temple University function, you might get a few dollars off the price.Or you can say the trade show and maybe get lucky. Try to find them online then see how close they are to the Philly Convention Center by using yahoo maps or mapquest. Good Luck

You can get a room for about $100 at the Radisson Mount Laurel, NJ. I think its about 1/2 hour away. This was the closed hotel that priceline gave me. I think its cheaper to book on their website than on priceline. Ken

we are staying at the Lowes thur/fri/sat/sun for the show special of $109. per night but of course we booked last month, so don't know if anymore rooms are aval. Parking is an additional $22.00 per night, but think I will park at the airport thru an on-line sight for $7.50 per day and take SEPTA into town.

We usually stayed at the:
MCINTOSH INN OF MT LAUREL
1132 ROUTE 73 OF CHURCH ROAD
MT LAUREL, NJ 08054

Very clean - $50 or $60 per night - "Denny's Restaurant" next door - twenty minutes from the convention center. Another one is in King of Prussia:
