Path Trace Example

Just got it together enough to try to post some images of work I've done recently.

I scanned the medal and imported it to the wizard path trace to create the cut. It is an embossed 8ply cut with a 4 ply over that for the cert. window.

Did you adhere the medal to the backing or does it swing loose if you shake the frame? If adhered, how? We do a lot of medals, so I'm always curious.

It is attached with jewlery grade hot glue, the framers friend

Can someone please explain how to do the fabric wrap with the multiple levels? I have never done anything like that and I am curious every time I see something like that. It looks soooo cool, and I wanted to replicate something like that.

Ironically, we all just went to Disneyland last week and I wanted to do something with mickey mouse ears, so this would be a perfect opportunity.
