I have been using LastPass from http://lastpass.com/ the last couple of weeks and it's really good!
It's a small utility which lets you store your passwords for multiple websites. You just need to have one GOOD password as the main password to open this vault and it does the rest.
It can even generate incredibly strong passwords (you can decide how long it should be, say 25 characters, such as $TZw9&SZkUmS2#Mr41i63Avsq68q5Dx let someone crack this one!!) for your bank site and it will store it for you safely.
It also has a virtual keyboard (to foil keyloggers) and can be run from a Flash drive.
