Hi all! My first post to this great resource is a little idea I had to make my canvas pliers more comfortable. I stretch alot of oil paintings and padding the handles on my canvas pliers made the task much more pleasant. I bought a set of replacement golf club handle cushions at Walmart that are just the trick. Just cut them down in length and push them on. They offer just the right amount of cushion and were only a couple of bucks. Heres a picture:

What a great idea! My spouse does all our stretching, and he uses old winter golf gloves to cushion. Your idea is so much better, and we've tons of grips lying around. Good deal......

Even though I'm young I have sever arthritis in my hands, this will be tried. Thanks for the tip, it is a good one. (No I'm not touching my clubs!)
