I'm not a member but it looks like non-members can attend. I'm thinking about it but, frankly, kind of unsure how an HB framer (36 years) would be welcomed. I've been to Fonthill a number of times, and to the tile works also, so that wouldn't be my reason for attending.
What do you think? Would I learn something useful? What happens at these regional meetings?

PPFA is for suppliers, framers with storefronts and home based framers. We have quite a few home based framers that attend on a regular basis. All are welcome. If you can walk away with one new idea it is worth attending the meeting. There are about 1100 pieces of art in Fonthill, and hopefully our guide will point some out some things not usually indicated in a normal tour that might interest framers.

More than ever during more challenging times, framers should be attending educational events. Networking is key. You might find a new supplier, find a new resource or meet a neighboring framer who can help you when you are in a pinch.
