I'm looking for something to mount a giant flag onto. I've done something like this in the past but my smallest edge was less that 60in so I was able to use 60x96 regular foam from bainbridge.
My total size is 64x75.5 and I would like to do this seemless. Archivalness is not really an issue, I don't want to mount it on cardboard but at the same time it doesn't have to be a ph neutral substrate. The customer also wants white, not a huge deal as I could paint.
Is there anywhere to get foam larger than 60x96 or a matboard with the smallest dimension larger than 60"?
