Searching For oversize fancypants framed mirrors

[Framing Goddess]

This is not really my gig, but I am helping out a designer customer.
She is looking for an over-sized ready-made fancy framed mirror for over a fireplace in a vaulted ceiling'd room.

Something like this:

You can get a 36 by 60 beveled from DonMar. Under $100, Still looking at a lot of wood to put around it though.

Fotio, Studio or Roma would have a fancy pants moulding that would be great on a mirror that size and be under the $3300 price of the ones in the links

Here ya' go, Eddie. D I believe all three of the mirrors you show are from Decorative Crafts... looks like their numbers.

Decorative Crafts has drop dead gorgeous stuff. We use to carry some of their items in our store and I have a few pieces in my home too.

Pricey but quality items.

You should have no problem getting set up and buying direct from them. They also have several showrooms where you can view items. One is at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago.

Their wholesale is keystone from retail + shipping but they also run regular sale promotions so be sure to ask.

Omega sells ornate closed corner readymades that are a fraction of the price of the real, handcarved, 23-carat gold frames. I don't know that you'll be able to find your particular size, however, in the readymade arena.
