Oval frames w/acrylic dome

Customer has a mask she wants a oval wood frame aprox 12.5" x 14" with a acrylic dome aprox 4" high.
Anyone know any suppliers?
Also any suppliers for a acrylic cover that size if we decide to go rectangular.

Yes Doug,

Inline should be able to do something for that, but if you want glass to around those specs or in rectangle format, we can make you a dome in 1/8" thickness clear glass (much longer life with no dulling / scratching).

If UV is an issue, we can apply an internal surface blocking agent, which is a permanent resilient coating.

For a Venetian mask ?
If so, I'd recommend going a big larger if possible to allow some 'design space' around it.
That helps with getting depth needs too, without looking a bit too prominent for size.
