Question Oval Frames and Glass

Hello all you Picture Framing Gurus,

I have a customer, and I get this question occasionally, who is looking for an oval frame. We don't supply oval frames here, but I'd like to be able to refer my customers somewhere when I can't help them. They didn't specify whether they wanted hardwood or another material, but I suppose that beggers can't be choosers. Any suggestions? Also, they would, most likely, need a recommendation on where to purchase oval glass to fit.

Inline Ovals isn't going to service your customers directly. Referring your customers to Inline Ovals is likely to only have them use the "Find A Dealer" service and go to one of your competitors.

I don't know what to tell you about where to send the customers. I despise ovals myself. But Inline does make it as painless as possible for us to help these customers, and they sell the glass too. Flat glass we just cut ourselves but I think they sell that too.

Johnny, thank you for the warning about our customers being referred to a competitor. Luckily, this is a very loyal customer that needed a reference, but I appreciate the "heads up" for future references.
