Searching For Outside Faucet style knobs for Stanley Vises.

Is the Faucet style knob that is on some Stanley Vises an item that is easily replaced?
Is this a knob that might be available for other uses, and therefor easy to purchase?

I do not know what to search for to get the proper inner diameter, and attachment pin.
