SPFG, Supreme Picture Framing God
I have a customer who wants to put an engraved brass plague outdoors. It will be in strong direct sunlight and exposed to the elements.
His initial thought was to put a piece of glass over it and seal it with a metal frame but I'm thinking that is a recipe for disaster as moisture will inevitably get into the frame package.
Is there a coating that could be applied over the plate to retard the oxidation process?
Any thoughts?
