Denny, Dave could give you the real answer, but I don't think the piece you posted is actually entered anyway. So go ahead and follow the above link for the rules and how to enter and if you have another one I would suggest using it.

BTW I am truly impressed with all the entries in the military framing contest. I would be proud to call any of them my own work.
