omega's clear select glass

has anyone used this glass? omega is now delivering here and the price is substantially lower than tru-vue. it's almost scary low. like the glass is thinner. planning on ordering a case to test it out.

I use it as my 'regular' glass. Seems fine to me, no complaints. I mostly use the Art Glass Omega carries....love it.

It's just regular "regular" glass. No problems with it. The cheaper one is probably 2mm, but they have it in 2.5mm also.

I've heard that for some reason Omega is unable to sell Tru-Vue products, so they scout out alternatives (e.g. Clear Select for regular glass, Art Glass and Schott for UV/AR offerings). Any idea WHY they can't sell Tru-Vue?

I also use it as my goto "regular" glass. It is 2mm so I try not to offer it to many in the military for moving reasons. Never had any issues with it. I do love the Art Glass, so do my customers. I sell at least 15 sheets a month

i suspected it was thinner than tru vue. that won't work for our opreration. may still try the 2.5mm. it's still $13 less than tru vue.
