Omega is an Epson Dealer

Omega rep was in this week and he let me know that they are an authorized Epson dealer now. Prices on paper & ink are right in line with what I've been paying.

So far the Omega deals I have seen are not greater than the deal advertised on the Epson site. If given the choice of a local dealer for this type of purchase, I might buy local for a printer if I could work some set up and training into the deal. How is the Omega support?
