Searching For Older thread about stores that don't carry LJ

There was a thread some time in the past year with a title along the lines of "Is it possible to have a frame shop without carrying LJ".

I've tried searching for the thread but the search engine keeps eliminating the word "without" from the query and the results coming back aren't what I'm looking for.

If anyone can post a link to the thread I'd greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I may have to reluctantly resurrect the issue.
