Question Old morsö EH clamp stuck in out position.

Anyone had the same problem? It goes back if i push it with my hand, but not by itself as it should. I took it apart and gave it some oil, but its still nor working like it should. Is it a thing that hydraulic workshops are able to fix or do i need to buy a hole new clamp? Or is it possible to change the spring inside the pipe? Thanks on before hand!! , Its the one cm steel piece before the triangular clap that is stuck in out position. Erik Wintzell from Sweden

If you ask Danlist for a quote on a new cylinder then make sure you have a stiff drink first as they’re not cheap!

The forward clamp thrust is via the internal seal and the return stroke is via the coiled compression spring so if the other clamp cylinder is working correctly it must be the return spring that is causing the issue.
