Our Cassese 810 v nailer has been a workhorse in our frameshop for decades. Just recently we are noticing that occasionally when it fires a v nail the driver seems to push up a little higher than it used to, causing it to make a fairly loud noise. We replaced the long driver even though it did not look worn, and that didn't make a difference. It looks as if the v nails are being driven correctly but the banging noise is still there maybe half the time. We're wondering if this will eventually damage the machine, and if there is an adjustment we don't know about to stop the banging. Thanks for your input.
