You might try Gainsborough Products. They seem to have a pretty extensive line of products.

I Think the company is called Rembrant out of the San Francisco bay area. They have advertized in the trade rags forever.

maybe someone knows a web URL.
 
Windsor & Newton makes a line of cleaning products. Google them to find a distributor. I think Pearl Paints carries the line.

They have everything you would need to clean oil paintings. Suggest that you at least get the book they offer: "Handbook of Oil Painting Conservation" but you really should get some training if you plan to offer this service to the public.
