Called my rep (reputable co) to order box length, what will my shipping cost be?
I will get right back to you.
Remember we are on an Island so shipping is critical.
Well to point A it should be ABOUT xx to you point B it might not be much more.
Well what is my cost?
Well ABOUT to point A xx
He should be able to give me my total cost BUT
What would you do?

Is it the fact they wouldn't give you the exact cost?

It bothers me when I can't get a solid number. It's actually the main reason I never order moulding via carrier or UPS. If it's a big order then I may say "If you can give me a number, then I'll order."

A few of my distributors have to ship to me and I always ask for cost before I complete my order. Generally they will give me a very close estimate (within $5.00 to $6.00) and that is all I really need on large orders - for small order I want the exact cost and they usually call me back with that. I would for sure have them give you a good estimate of shipping cost to your shop "B" not to shop "A" that you could care less about.
