I must confess I am largely ignorant about Canada. Can anyone tell me if they have nuclear capabilities (as in weapons, not power plants?)

Regardless, they seem to be nice folks and responsible framers. I doubt there are many here that would intentionally irritate them.

But let's forget the polls for now, okay? They're too much like acceptance speeches at the Oscars. They run too long, they are poorly planned and they always leave someone out who deserves recognition.
