Terry Scidmore CPF
MGF, Master Grumble Framer
My old Wizard has been cutting in a pretty poor way for a while. I kept trying to fix the problems by reading the manual, doing the tests, and calling Wizard Tech service people. I just wasn't making any progress. Tech services was probably pretty tired of me because my technical descriptions are along the lines of "so just how much movement should there be in that gizmo that moves the whatchamacallit?" I also have this intense fear that I will A)wreck the machine if I change anything too much, and B)blow up the world if I press the wrong button.
Wizard finally took pity on this old framer, and sent Kenn down to help demystify the gizmo that moves the whatchamacallit. Not only did he fix the whatchamacallit, but he replaced that thingamajig, tightened up that screwey thing, moved the whatever into a better position, turned a couple of knobs, and recalibrated the whole dang machine!
And it CUTS like a dream!
It is even able to do V-grooves - something it has never been able to do - not since day one!
THAT's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Thanks, Kenn, Lenny, and WIZARD!
