I'm rearranging my metal samples. I've had no 'takers' on the newer Nielsen metals that require special hanging hardware (i.e. profiles 118, 119,123, 124).

What response have you had to this product line and do you like using it?

THANK YOU!

Good response they are definitely worth keeping and using!

I haven't used them yet..... I also don't like the fact that they do require special hardware, which means I would have to order that.
So I am not quick to recommend the frame....
I like the look of them though.

It's just a couple bucks for the pack of hardware, hardly any reason to avoid using them.

I like them very much. Wish I would remember to show them more often. One word of advice, though. The "special hangers" Nielsen sells for these profiles are no good. Unless they are aligned exactly to the micron when installing they can come out. A better alternative is to use your standard corner hardware, and then these for hangers:

You can buy them in one little package? I thought you had to buy a lot more....
As you can tell; I haven't looked into it whatsoever...I haven't had them on my wall for very long, as it took forever to get the samples.

We're in a traditional area, and these do so well for us. I have a sample on our wall so I'm sure that helps. They are great when a customer desires a thin frame. I am very pleased with the aestetics of the line.

Thanks for the tip on the hanging hardware, Rick. I have a full bag of this hardware which just sits on the shelf. I just tried it out, and it seems to fit in the channel very well. With the hardware designed for the moulding, it seems as if you can get it in there tight.

Are these the gildeds? If so, then I give
an enthusiastic yes as to their appeal.
Love 'em! Rick, thank you for
posting that gizmo pic. I agree that the little
hangers from Nielson are a pain. I can get
them to hold, but it's ridiculous how fickle
they are. Love seeing this other option.

I love my metals and I love these even more - my customers also love them and I have been using the hangers that Rick suggested. Perfection!!!
