Letter rec'd today:
Dear Valued NeilsenBainbridge and Nurre Caxton Customers,
NielsenBainbridge has recently merged with Pinnacle Frames & Accents and international supplier of retail frames, photo albums and accessories with locations in Austin TX and Pocahontas AR. The combination of both companies has afforded NielsenBainbridge the opportunity to significantly broaden our product portfolio. We are currently evaluating the Pinnacle product line to determine synergistic products for our NielsenBainbridge customers.
With the merger of Pinnacle, Nielsen Bainbridge has made the decision to consolodate the Paramus NJ based customer service and account receivable functions into our Pocahontas location. The consolodation process will begin in September and be completed by Quarter 1 of 2012. Every effort will be made to make this transition as seamless as possible.
I can assure you this decision was not an easy one, as many of the affected employees have long standing relationships with you, our customers
We appreciate your business and ask for your patience during this transition.
Regards
Jay Meehan
VP Sales
....so does this explain why Nurre dropped their full-length UPS program?
I'm guessing NB/NC bought Pinnacle?
