We are very proud to launch our new Libra, Dual Head Dual Workstation, machine.
Careful market research has identified the real need for a machine like the Libra and following many requests from our distributors it is now in production….. and naturally we are ready to receive orders J.
Adding to our already wide range of machines the Libra is targeted at companies with medium volume production that require robust and reliable equipment and who do not want to change the head manually for 90° cuts.
It is fitted with 2 independent Interchangeable Head holders that that do not need to stop between different plotting and multiple combination processes. This allows the customer to choose the head combination best suited for their cutting project.
The heads are compatible with the award winning Valiani Interchangeable Head System & packaging tools.
Able to cut on two work stations it has the added flexibility to work on one oversize 1,7 metre (67”) table. The maximum cutting size is 1250 x 1700mm (49,2 x 67”).
When using two work stations each can cut 800 x1250mm (32 x 49,2”) allowing space for operator handling between stations.
The new button clamping system offers additional versatility to the range of materials that can be cut to the edge with zero waste. Materials that can be cut include Mat board, corrugated board, foam board and Gator board.
