Hi everyone...I'm brand new to framing...I've only done about6 to 7 frames of varying sizes and I get great enjoyment from it.. I only wish that I had come across this thoroughly enjoyable hobby earlier on in life...(46 only sigh)...
I have been browsing your forums for a few daya and got great enjoyment from the comments in here that I decided to join and here I am....
I use all manual equipment...The Mitre saw is a Nobex Proman and I use a Logan Matter cutter...I also use a FrameCo clamp to hold the joints together and a FrameCo Pushmaster to push in the V Nails..
Now I've got a small problem... The smaller width moulding join very well together but I have problems with my wider width frames... I always end up with very small gaps in the joined mitres...Please anyone could you provide some help/tips to sort this out for me.
Thanks a heap.
