You can tell this was done directly because of the wii, because they keep mentioning fitness.

I'm wondering if they are using sensors the player wears. Ages ago there was a "head mouse" out that was pretty cool. Sensor at the center of the monitor and a reflective dot you wore on your forehead. I remember working with a follicly challenged freind. He didn't need the reflective dot, we just kinda shined his forehead once in a while ;) Worked well, but keeping it calibrated was a nightmare, because if you looked to the side really far and came back to the monitor the mouse was way off center! So when I was watching these players I was watching for gross motions, not just fine motions.

The head mouse was for people with disabilities, mainly spinal injuries and carpal tunnel. I always said back then if we could market to the able population we could improve our products faster! Dragon Dictate originally sold for $15,000, and you really needed to cough up $20,000 in training and support. That on top of a $10,000 computer (386 DX 32 MB Ram 80 MB HDD minimum back then!)

Today they program goes for $199 (pro edition)

Mike, FYI Brain fingers is brain wave, specifically alpha wave mouse control. When I left that field it was in its infancy, but really incredible to use. By getting a little agitated you could move the mouse up the screen, mellowing out got the mouse to drop and thinking left or right could get the mouse to move in the correct direction.

It would be a great adjunct to the motion sensor gaming platform! Imagine your opponent in a first person shooter knowing you're gonna jump left, and how radically you're gonna go!

Any mention of the next generation platforms.

Is there going to be an xbox 720 or ps4?

I took my 360 apart and fixed it when it froze and have been waiting for something new for a while.

The 360 is a bit of a disapointment, there just weren't a lot of games for it for a while and most of the ones that came out are lame. Halo, Gears and Rainbow6 are great games but would like more.

I believe it does so strictly with the Xbox camera.

Those 2 videos are only a small taste. If you go on youtube youll see much better (and longer) examples. The art demonstration where he paints an elephant on the plains is amazing.

I guess if a dog or cat walked by, it could make you lose a game! :)
