Well, Friday 12/12/03 we finally opened our second and completely new store in the $50.00 square foot location. So far about $12,000 in sales. Much thanks to Bob Carter and Marc Bluestone for all their encouragement along the way.

Congrats, Tim. I'm sorry I forgot your opening. Your sales figures are splendid, but not surprising. With all the pieces of the puzzle in place, the most important is still you, my friend.

The best location in the world still needs a great operator-the location just makes it easier.

Keep us all posted on future progress

Again-Congratulations! I never had a doubt

That's great Tim and darn encouraging for anyone thinking about relocating! Don't know what you pay for rent in your original location, but I gather you considered the increase significant but worth the gamble. If anything close to those numbers continue you'll never look back!

I enjoyed reading the Montana Project, and learned a lot from it. I would enjoy reading about your project and how things panned out from beginning to end. Congratulations!!

Anyone taking a hint! :D

Happy Holidays

Hey Jerry-I would decorate it to make it as appealing as possible regardless of the rent.

When you start quantifying expenses like this, it lessens appeal and doesn't project your image well.

Spend what it takes to convey the message (and image) you wish
