Bought as a back up machine a little over a year ago, lost our lease and now selling cost $1800 selling $1000. comes with # IM-3/IM-3P - Large Extension Table & # IM-3/IM-3P - Small Extension
The IM-3P SE has been specially designed for joining wooden and plastic frames. This machine is well suited for median and high production shops
* Production capacity 1000 frames per 8 hours shift;
* Easy operation, the wedges insertion is made through the use of a heavy duty pneumatic pedal, giving high production capacity;
* It uses Soft or Hard wood wedges made by Inmes;
* Heavy duty drive hammer;
* Included four magazines for using wedges of 5-7, 10, 12, 15mm;
* Vertical clamp height adjustment;
* Foot pedal height adjustment;
* Powdered painting, improving the equipment's life time and better finishing;
* Proper positioning of the v-nails along the frame;
* Easily insertion of the nails on top of the other;
Compressed Air is only requirement.
