I think this is as low as I've seen. It's a relatively low end machine, but suitable for replacing a slow CPU as a POS workstation, etc. It's sufficient for Liebermans, POS, PIF, etc. I think they're clearing out inventory. You'd have to buy 2 to qualify for free shipping. The software that comes with it is worth more than $199, so it's basically a free PC.

Just a word about Dell…..this is not an inventory clear out….

Dell only build computers to order they hold NO stock of finished computers ALL computers are built after they receive the order.

Regarding inventory Dell worldwide currently only have 2 (two) days of parts inventory in stock……yes I know it is almost unbelievable but this is how Dell operate.

This is pure and simple a good promotion from Dell…….and possible some bit of marketing thrown in there…..I suspect about market share.
