turn on
push button turn on heat
push button set temp, then using the key pad set to 200, press enter.
wait 10 minutes for preheat
open and put leftover pizzia in center and close lid
wait 5 - 10 min then open and have lunch.

Don't turn on the vac it's not needed.

Really, I worked in a shop about 20 years ago that someone set the timer and turn the vac pump on with lunch in the press.


As for instructions I had a video from Seal sitting on my desk for years, it went in the trash last week when I clean my desk. Timing everything I guess, sorry.

You have the correct website....and the tech support at D&K is fantastic! You might even just want to give them a call and see if they might possibly have a video of them giving one of their beginners classes. I was fortunate enough to get to attend a class that they offered at the Vegas conference for beginners when we first bought our press, and found it to be very helpful. Then once you are comfortable with using it, I highly recommend taking a class with Chris Pachke, or buying her book (or both if possible), to learn all of the cool things that you can do with your press and get the most out of your investment!
