need help with Carithers Signature mat cutter

Hello everyone. I am gathering equipment to start my custom framing business.I bought a used Carithers Signature wall hung mat cutter. It arrived today minus any kind of instructions. I would hate to have this thing mounted upside down. I have never even seen one of these before. I always worked with a table mat cutter. Does anyone have pictures or instructions that I could see. A website for this company would be great also. I cannot find it. I googled the name but came up with only some ads for used mat cutters. Methinks I may have made a bigggg mistake. Any info out there. Thank you very much. I am enjoying this list very much.

I'd contact Gritsko at Nielsen & Bainbridge at gjohnklein@nbframing.com. He might be able to help you and if he can't, he can probably point you in the right direction. He's the go-to guy for manuals and parts. Carithers may be related to (or became) C&H which is now part of Nielsen & Bainbridge.
