Need Help finding a CMC in So. IL

I took in a job that a good customer of mine had to have done. It involves cutting 44 round openings that are 1 3/4" in diameter around the perimeter of the top mat.

I wanted to see if there was a framer within 75 or so miles of Salem, IL who has a CMC and would like to sub this job for me. None of the oval/circle machines will cut that small to my knowledge. My Fletcher won't go that small.

I can cut these by hand with an Alto but it is a real pain and the openings don't always look as clean as I would like them.

Any help would be much appreciated.

They say "click and create, We'll do the rest"

Hi Framerguy-

Dermot is right. I recently downloaded the soft ware from (free of charge). I've had the occasion to use the program a couple of times so far and it works great. It really is as simple as "click and create". The program comes with an easy to follow tutorial, that if I can get through it anyone can. Also first time orders get a $50 discount. You should receive the mats 5 business days from the time you place the order. I get mine in two days, but I'm lucky enough to be located about 25 miles away. Their oval and circle cuts are excellent. Give it a whirl!

Good Luck!

Thanks, Dermot! That is a good site to know about!
Guys thank John Ranes he gave me the information when we were in Birmingham.

Reynard I'm not sure if we can get the service on this side of the pond.

Recently toured their workshop and marvelled at the computer controlled production. They have just made me a cicle opening for a circle frame, too tiny for my Fletcher hand machine. Nice people too.

Sorry about the late response, I've been traveling. Anderson's in Joy IL has an Eclipse and I'm sure they would be willing to help you out. These circles should be no problem. I didn't bring my Street 2000 to Seattle so I'm not sure if it's within 75 miles. If you down load the Eclipse software you can design and save the mat yourself, e-mail it to Anderson's and they can cut it. Get a sample before OK'ing.

Thanks for all the "G" help and the e-mails on CMC owners in So IL.

Marc Bluestone is going to take care of the cutting for me. I appreciate all the help and suggestions.
