Need Framer in Tallahassee Fl

I have a customer that just picked up a simple metal job on thursday of last week. She drove it down to Fl where she is moving. Anyways when she got down there the glass has a hairline crack in it.
She wants me to pay to have the glass replaced.

I am hoping to find a friendly framer in Tallahassee that would replace it for a fair price for a brother framer.

Now why would she expect you to pick up the tab on this?

I replace broken glass due to moving at least four or five times a week. The mover always pays for it, not the frame shop that framed it.

Just a thought.

You are not responsible. If she bring it in for fixing I would do it just because. But to pay someone in FL to fix it because she broke it going to FL, please... SAY NO!!!

Sorry to say Robo, this is a second house. I am not to concerned as it is just a piece of clear glass & a fit. But I know that if any of you were looking for someone in Columbus area, I would do it gratis for my fellow grumblers. We are only talking about $3 worth of glass and about 10 minutes of labor.

I'd be glad to help your customer out but I am afraid that she won't want to drive a couple of hours West for a simple piece of glass!
