Need Floater Frame for 2 1/4" canvas?

I've come across a large job that requires a larger floater frame than the standard frame from Larson Juhl. They have a floater frame black- 1 7/8 inches deep standard with a rounded top. It's ok for the smaller stuff but where can I find a larger depth? I've called all my reps and they can't help.

We have one 2 1/2" deep - we may have some 3" as well.
