god damnit.
decor moulding... you have no business being a supplier.
Friday, I order 70' of 9112. You tell me you have no 9112, 20' at most.
Monday, I call Southern who says they have 9112, so I order 70' from them/
Monday, I get an email from Decor with an updated order, showing they shipped and charged me for 70' of 9112.
I call Southern to cancel my order, as I don't want 140' of the moulding.
Tonight, Thursday I open the box to find 70' of BROKEN VENEERS.
They were completely unwrapped too, so whomever put them in the box saw this.
...to boot, underneath this c r a p moulding was the other two profiles I ordered. One is a flat black. On top of the flat black, facing the flat black, is an extremely heavy compo 4" frame, embossing itself onto those. No packaging whatsoever, even though with every order I ask "please make a note to put packaging in there because of frequent damage".
I have $2,500 in orders due saturday that will now not be ready.
I am furious.
