Need a Glass Sander

Just a simple request, I've seen before a little hand sander for smoothing the edges of cut glass. It has a small groove in it that fits over the edge of the glass.

I cannot seem to find it in the hardware stores and I was hoping someone could tell me what it is called or where to get one.

There is a tool available from some of the framing hardware suppliers that has two cylindrical carborundum rods in a plastic handle. These are very good but you must rotate the rods almost every time you use it to keep from grinding grooves into the rods. A whetstone (like for sharpening an axe) also works great and is a lot less expensive. It's not as safe though
 
My husband manages a company that works with quartz. He introduced me to 3M's DIAPAD's. They are absolutely fantastic for sanding our glass edges. It is a hand-size sponge pad with diamond chips on the bottom, similar to a sand block used in woodwork. They come in different degrees of 'courseness' (is that a word?).
