Need a 12 Ply mat

We have a customer who had a picture framed in Ireland. The Shop used Daler-Rowney 12 ply mats...so We're told. I'm trying to find out if the mats are available in the US and a way to get a hold of a specifier to match the color so we can finish a project. The Daler-Rowney website wasn't useful. Thanks for any info!

Bainbridge sells a 12 ply Alpharag board. It comes in black, white and offwhite. You can call Bainbridge at 1-800-9ARTCARE to find the closest supplier that would have them in stock.

What is 12 Ply!! it is not a unit of measurement we use in this part of the world.

From what I can see Daler only sell 1400u/1.4mm board and an extra thick Snow White board which is 2.5mm……..
