NC 63204 needed please

Im looking for a Nurre Caxton 63204 2" satin black....need a 16x20 frame. Ordered it from NC they said it was backordered then sent the wrong one...now saying they don't know if they can get it. Customer is set on this moulding. Can anyone help?

Thank you thank you for your input...there is no end to the things we learn on the grumble. My initial post was the result of panic so I wasn't thinking straight. I definitly owe you a beer (but not the one Im drinking now).;)

I'm still trying!!!!

Sorry to just be getting back with you, I was out of town. Let me tell you what I found out. 3 feet in California,( which won't do you much good ) the moulding is tagged as disc but also has expected in date, first part of june.So, i'm not giving up quite yet. I hope this isn't for one of those jobs due yesterday. I'm still a framer at heart and remember what it's like.
