National Conference/WCAF class confirmations

Hello,

Has anyone received confirmation of their classes for WCAF?

I faxed in all of my classes just a day or so after the schedule came out, but even after three follow up phone calls, I haven't heard back if they ever received my course requests. I'm sure that these folks are swamped with requests and registrations, but if you look at it from the framers side, we're closing the store for a few days, taking a flight, and paying for a hotel. I would really like to confirm that I have the classes. If I don't get the classes, I could pick others while they aren't filled up, or at least plan a day at the spa!

Is anyone else wondering the same thing or perhaps they never received my fax?

By the way, I'm really looking forward to WCAF. I think that this will be my fourth time there, but I haven't been there since it was at the Riviera. I'm psyched to see some new vendors and look at new products.

My credit card has been charged for the amount of the classes that I scheduled so I've made the rash assumption that I am scheduled. I haven't received anything in the mail yet.
 
It's an active and LIVELY show. Once again, they sold out of space for exhibitors. That's a good sign :)

I spoke to WCAF class registration last week (about another issue). This nice lady mentioned the class confirmation 'passes' arrive about a week before the conference....and that is when we received ours the prior 4 years. She added that if you will be away from your mailing address during that time, just visit the registration desk at the convention hall and they will take care of you!
 
If you haven't been to this show since the Riviera days (what a dump) prepare to be overwhelmed
 
I have recieved a conformation number (VIP pass) from the WCAF, but it did not include a list of the classes I'm signed up for. It wouldn't have made me wonder, but when my wife signed up her conformation included a list of her classes (2). Is this normal?
 
My credit card was charged a couple of days after I registered online for classes. I registered this about two week after they were published.

I'm assuming everythings a go. I do remember getting the class tickets about this time last year (or earlier). Can't wait!!!!!
 
WCAF

I recieved a very nice e-mail which stated my WCAF stuff is in the mail. Guess I'm just anxiuos to get there.
