A recent e-mail I received... I entertained the idea at first and continued as I was shocked by the fact that he did not give up once I started asking questions, as they usually do. I will also mention that I am not "picturedepot@on.aibn.com", I don't know who that is or how it got to my e-mail. Good for a laugh though...

I was forwarded your request from the Wallack’s Art Shop as we are a Wholesale division of Wallack’s who provides wholesale picture framing supplies and services for the purposes of resale. Are you a frame shop or gallery owner or part of the trade?
I don’t quite understand what your request is. You say that you would like to order some picture frames but beside each piece you say that the frame is included. You say there is 60 pieces, is there 60 of each or total?
I will need a little more clarification about what to quote before I can provide you with a price. 30X40 is not a size that you asked for originally. Also, oil painted on linen would need to be stretched on stretcher bars and that would not fit in a metal frame. This is all very questionable to me, where/what business did you say you are writing from?

I can not give you a price if I do not know what you want. Why does it say “frame included”? What frame is included? Lumber and Frames Limited is not a business that seems to exist, where are you located? Please provide valid information or I will not be able to help you.

50 Wood stretcher frame, Black wood outer frame (3/4 inch wide and 2 1/4 inches deep), labour for stretching, building, and putting it all together

Don't be upset on me ok is just that my wife is about to deliver a baby so am very busy now i have to move to the hospital now the Lumber and Frames Limited is my small shop that i have open i open this shop 6 months ago so don't get me wrong ok i really need frames for Company that order frames from because i don't have that quantity i called a friend and he ask me to contact your company because you can help me with the order that is why i contact you so don't be upset.

*I will now mention that I did not contact this guy back but he did call me, this is how I figured out that he was calling from Ghana. I was so annoyed that I just shut him down and told him if he can not come in, then I can't help him. Had I been in better humour, I might have strung him along a bit more for fun
