How otherwise would Bainbridge know that I was belly-aching they didn't have enough red mats??

I was thinking to myself lately there aren't enough shades of red (fire-engine red, for instance). And within a few days I receive a box with new mats from BB, and they included (among others) 2 brand new reds: Matador and Fiery Red!

Thanks Bainbridge for reading my mind!

it's about time they gave us some new reds!! Reds are SO hard to match - there just aren't enough shades in the pallet!

I'd like to see some new oranges too........

Hey Paul, now do us all a big favor, and start moaning about not having ALL the colors in 40 X 60!

I'll fall over if it works!

no kidding!

Esp with over size artwork becoming more popular now!

Actually, I always wondered why they can make one mat available in 40 x 60 and not another!

Can anyone 'splain this to me?

I mean if Riviera Red 8415 is available in 40 x 60, why not Right Red 8591? I am sure the mat-police won't mind.

Frustrating.

That's because it takes Bainbridge that long to get the "u" in them before they can make the crossing.

I agree on the reds! And arent the new suedes beautiful as well? Sold one the minute I took it out of the box!

While we're doing a Bainbridge wish list, I wish they would add to the color choices in the beveled accents. I sell alot of them, but the color choices are so limited.

I've seen some of you post about peeling the top layer off matboard and making your own beveled accents. Haven't had the time to try that yet. Anything in particular I should know prior to attempting this?

Janet,

Making your own deep wrapped bevels has obviously been around for awhile, but if you're looking for additional pre-made strips look to the inventory of Beveled Accents...and that is Vicki Schober, who offers an even broader range in her own Faux Fillets

HB:

The number of the new reds are: 8192 Fiery Red, 8013 Matador.

They also sent in the pack a number of new suedes and fabric mats.

You may want to ask your rep for the package.
