I've been using a Fletcher 3000 for 12 years, it's a fair bit older than that.
Have never had to replace any parts, only needs occasional maintenance.
Very robust machines.
You can probably find used ones for sale.
The 3100 does even more but does take up more space as well.

After using an F3000 for couple of decades, I got a Fletcher FSC. It's a much stronger machine, suitable for cutting almost any sheet products you would need in a frame shop, including ACM, aluminum sheeting, and hardboard up to 1/8" thick. It can be wall-mounted or free-standing. It's a very sturdy machine.
