Question Mounting a pair of high heel shoes in a shadow box

I have a shadow box to put together with a purse, picture, coin purse and a pair of high heel shoes. The purses and picture are no problem. Has anyone ever mounted a pair of high heels before? Suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
