Searching For Moulding

This is a photo and measurement that a customer sent me - I don't have a better photo and have not seen it in person. They have quite a few more to do that they would like to match. Any ideas appreciated.

Measuring the photo while inside the frame, 18 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
Measuring the mat while inside the frame, 19.5 inches wide by 15.5 inches tall.
