I just got the damaged frame in.
It is 2.125" wide plastic.

Any one recognize it?





 
No but you should point out to the customer that if it is replaced with a wood frame they won't be searching for another replacement in the near future. The way it was broken at the corner made it obvious that it was a plastic frame.
