I am a Professional Photographer that used to do a lot of my own framing, but finding less need by sending it out to local professional framers like yourselves.
I have a really nice Morso 'F' picture framing guillotine, Dahle 446 rota cutter that has a right arm extension with metric measuring guide. Used but good working order, attached blades in working condition with new replacement set included. Some Scratches and Scrapes to body.
